You can also pick-up chips, cookies, and water, not to mention fantastic coffee. Across Main Street, delicious grab-and-go gourmet sandwiches are for sale at <strong>Purveyors on Main</strong>. Around the corner at<strong> Legendary Eats </strong>(closed Sun), the well-stuffed sandwiches are named after monsters – and they will fuel you on monstrous hikes as well. Take your pick of tasty spreads and fresh bread for your sandwich at <strong>Blue Sky Bakery</strong> (closed Sun).</p><p><br></p><p>If you’re headed up to Crabtree Falls or the Priest for a hike, pop into <strong>Gertie’s Country Store </strong>in Vesuvius for a sub or sandwich. They’ll wrap ‘em for you to-go. Stop by on your way back for a piece of pie. Nattie B’s Cafe at the <strong>Natural Bridge Country Store</strong> sells picnic brown bags, with a sandwich and chips, for $8. Easy as pie – and yep, they sell slices of pie too.</p>
