Lexington Carriage Company
Established in 1985, the Carriage Company's initial purpose was to support the
Historic Downtown District of the city by giving narrated tours through the
business district, the adjacent college campuses, and a portion of the historic
residential area. Still today, we provide daily historic narrated tours of
Lexington--weather permitting--from April 1- October 31.
Jackson House Museum
Discover the man who became a legend. The Stonewall Jackson House in historic
downtown Lexington, Virginia is the only home that the famous Confederate
General Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson ever owned.

Visitor Center of Lexington
Located in downtown Lexington with free visitor parking all day for cars, RVs
and buses. No overnight parking. Knowledgeable staff are happy to provide maps
and brochures of the area including a self-guided walking tour map. Open daily,
10:30am – 3:30pm. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
